About the role
- Provide centralized subject matter expertise supporting development, review and recommendation of all loss control and fire prevention related project scope development
- Provide oversight of Capital Loss Prevention program and site loss prevention projects to help manage spend & execution cycles
- Travel to participate in program assessments, audits, project reviews and to support project teams when necessary
- Establish strong relationships with key contacts and sustain a reputation as a responsive, customer focused and knowledgeable resource to sites and corporate teams
- Coach site leaders to develop stronger and more reliable Loss Prevention programs
Requirements
- BS technical degree. Emphasis on fire protection and loss prevention preferred
- 5-10 years of project development and management experience, preferably in the areas of loss prevention/emergency readiness systems, fire protection design and reliability
- Technical proficiency with fire protection, emergency readiness and process safety loss control equipment – design, re-engineering, operation and maintenance
- Ability to understand, analyze and promote effective loss prevention projects
- English proficiency is required.
