About the role
- Manage, direct and execute a safe, reliable and cost effective laboratory and quality organization.
- Manage laboratory/quality performance for two, geographically separated, quality control laboratories.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications while maintaining ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a Manufacturing or Lab Environment.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching and management skills capable of leading a large and diverse team.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Self-motivation and high initiative.
- Technical understanding of Quality processes.
- IT capability in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior supervision or management experience preferred.
