About the role
- Independently plan, manage and lead projects in production, logistics, maintenance, and quality — from initiation and concept development through to final acceptance and commissioning
- Implement and integrate digitalization, automation, and robotics solutions, coordinating interfaces with IT
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Combine process engineering with modern technologies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners
- Ensure project objectives regarding schedule, cost, and quality are met
- Train and support business units during the implementation of new systems
Requirements
- Degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of digitalization, automation, control engineering, and robotics
- Experience in process analysis and optimization
- Ability to implement complex technical solutions in practice
- Project management skills and the ability to think cross-functionally
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Extensive experience with SAP and MES systems
- Knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement (CIP)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good German and English language skills
