About the role
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of the product line from conception to discontinuation.
- Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the product line.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the product line through PAD, Manufacturing Operations and ADTS alignment with Customer Centric approach.
- Initiate technical, commercial support and training to the sales team to help them understand and sell the products effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the product line.
- Prepare regular reports on product line performance for senior management.
- Responsible for setting priority with production and development to drive supply chain for timely and cost effective solutions for our customers.
- Incorporate customer feedback into product development and improvement processes.
Requirements
- Specific technical or sales experience with both polyamide(Nylon) and Fire Retardant compounding
- Polymer compounding, sales, and marketing
- Sales or Marketing Experience
- P&L Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or a related area
- MBA preferred
- 10+ year’s professional experience in a technical, sales, or marketing role
- English, additional language preferred
