About the role

  • Ensure excellent service for our clients based in Brazil (and in other regions of Latin America)
  • Lead and manage implementation projects for our solutions.
  • Manage client relationships: identify new needs, resolve inquiries, and provide guidance on the correct use of our solutions.
  • Provide specialized consulting and deliver professional services for our Financial Crime Detection and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) prevention solutions.
  • Provide technical support to our internal Sales teams during early client engagements: demos, technical meetings, etc.
  • Serve as a liaison between our clients and the Development and Support teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in technology project management;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in financial institutions or companies related to the sector;
  • Experience in Professional Services departments at other companies in the sector;
  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
