About the role
- Utilize your domain and technical knowledge to bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team.
- Convert user needs into actionable inputs for the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to move stories through specification and implement SCRUM methodologies to achieve a well-refined, actionable product backlog.
- Work with the product owner and the team to define a roadmap that addresses complex user needs over time.
- Incorporate feedback from earlier cycles and follow up on progress using rolling-wave planning.
- Conduct acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet user needs and refine the understanding of these needs.
- Author and maintain comprehensive project and process documentation, including flow diagrams and maps.
Requirements
- A solid foundation in general technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience with Shortcut or similar agile tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity.
- An independent critical thinker capable of making informed decisions.
