About the role
- Overall responsibility for strategic and professional product management
- Disciplinary and methodological leadership of the Product Management team, consisting of Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts and UI/UX designers
- Development and communication of product vision, product strategy and roadmap
- Interface to customers, partners and internal stakeholders; represent product interests and prioritize internally and externally
- Integration of customer needs into the product strategy and roadmap
- Responsibility for market, competitor and trend analyses
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in product management of digital solutions, ideally in the context of agile software development
- Proven leadership experience in a product environment – both disciplinary and methodological
- Strong sense for markets, customer needs and technological developments
- Deep understanding of digital products and modern product development approaches (e.g. agile, discovery/delivery, Design Thinking, Lean Product Management)
