About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Preparing and maintaining spreadsheet reports by extracting, compiling, and analyzing data
  • Providing accounting, bookkeeping, and budgeting services
  • Preparing cost adjustments and spend plans for Resource Review meetings
  • Preparing Summary Level and detail cost adjustments for Government approval
  • Populating Budget Operating Plans in BAS and FMDS
  • Preparing Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and technical specifications
  • Processing Interagency Agreements (IAAs) and Memoranda of Understanding/Agreement (MOUs/MOAs)
  • Performing data entry within G-Invoicing and other procurement systems
  • Developing and maintaining milestone schedules for procurement actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with budget, procurement, and financial functions
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis
  • Knowledge of Government-approved financial plans
  • Familiarity with NOAA systems (BAS, FMDS, G-Invoicing)
  • Ability to prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and technical specifications
  • Experience with interagency agreements and associated documentation
  • Attention to detail in data entry and administrative services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
