Requirements

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Oceanography, or related technical field
  • 6+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, JavaScript; Fortran/Matlab a plus)
  • Experience with geospatial data formats (netCDF, HDF5, BAG, shapefiles)
  • Familiarity with NOAA hydrographic standards preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
