Product Designer

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 designers, fostering a culture of creative excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain Lyka’s cohesive brand design strategy aligned with business goals and brand objectives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, partnerships and brand teams to ensure design excellence and alignment with overall brand vision.
• Contribute and lead team on high-impact design projects and campaigns.
• Act as Lyka’s brand guardian by upholding brand design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and integrity across all design outputs.
• Conduct regular meetings and workshops with cross functional teams to foster a culture of improvement and best practice in adherence to brand guidelines.

Senior Design Lead – 9 mth FTC

Brand Designer

• You’ll create bold, high-quality assets across digital, print, web, packaging, and social.
• You’ll play a key role in evolving Lyka’s visual identity and ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint, from campaign concepts and product launches to internal projects.
• Working closely with marketing, product, and people teams, you’ll translate briefs into compelling, on-brand designs that engage and inspire.
• Alongside your design work, you’ll help refine and maintain our brand guidelines and design systems, ensuring we’re always raising the bar creatively.
• You’ll manage multiple projects with ease, balancing creativity with deadlines and clear communication.
• As part of a tight-knit creative team, you’ll contribute ideas, collaborate in brainstorms, and help push the brand forward across every channel, including digital experiences with our product team.

Customer Support

• Support Customer Care health escalations in veterinarian capacity, working with our Vet Nurse team
• Maintain Customer Care knowledge base around product, nutrition and health topics
• Support training of Vet Nurses and broader Customer Care team around product, nutrition and health topics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on health and nutrition topics

Vet Expert, Customer Care

Account Manager

• Lead the development of Lyka’s veterinary partnerships marketing strategy, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and overall brand positioning.
• Translate market and customer insights into a compelling veterinary value proposition and develop a messaging framework that balances brand storytelling with the technical depth needed to build trust and understanding.
• Collaborate with CX and BDMs to conduct and analyse qualitative and quantitative research, gathering insights from vets and clinic staff to inform content and campaign development.
• Partner with cross-function teams to research and distil technical insights into clear, impactful messaging.
• Own and manage the partnerships marketing calendar, ensuring strategic alignment with the consumer brand to maximise impact and identify synergies.
• Partner with BDMs to create high-impact communication strategies and tools that enhance clinic engagement and strengthen Lyka’s role as a trusted partner.
• Oversee the development of vet-facing content and assets, working with the partnership team to determine strategic priorities - from webinars through to clinic merchandising.
