About the role

  • Provide an outstanding customer service experience via phone to identify issues reported by customers and guide them toward a resolution;
  • Clarify questions about product features;
  • Assist with system operation difficulties and perform fixes that do not involve programming.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress);
  • Knowledge of computers, ERP/business management software, electronic invoicing (NF-e), and administrative routines;
  • Reside in Rio Grande do Sul or Santa Catarina;
  • Knowledge of customer experience and/or customer success;
  • Familiarity with e-commerce processes, logistics systems, and sales routines on marketplaces (for example, Mercado Livre).
