About the role
- Manage the customer journey: Ensure customer success through strategic engagement at all touchpoints.
- Analyze performance: Use technical expertise in e-commerce platforms to monitor and boost client results.
- Drive growth: Closely track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions to maximize performance.

Requirements
- Industry experience: Hands-on experience with e-commerce/marketplace platforms and SaaS business models.
- Portfolio management: Previous experience in Customer Success or B2B account management.
- Analytical mindset: Proficiency in Excel, KPI analysis, and core e-commerce metrics.
- Consultative selling: Knowledge of sales techniques focused on diagnosis and solution selling.
- Negotiation: Strong argumentation skills, objection handling, and conflict resolution.
- Communication: Clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication style.
- Execution: Results-oriented, target-driven, with excellent time management.
- Mindset: Resilience and emotional intelligence to handle daily challenges.
