About the role
- Provide support to customers via chat, tickets, social media, WhatsApp, and video calls;
- Ensure a positive and efficient experience by resolving questions and assisting with system use;
- Identify and report issues to the internal team;
- Collect customer feedback and document suggestions for improvement;
- Create support materials, including knowledge base articles and tutorials on using the system;
- Implement the system and deliver customer training (onboarding).
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish;
- Intermediate knowledge of information technology and administrative processes;
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems;
- Experience in customer service or Customer Success;
- Clear and assertive communication skills;
- Problem-solving ability;
- Time management skills.
