About the role

  • Provide support to customers via chat, tickets, social media, WhatsApp, and video calls;
  • Ensure a positive and efficient experience by resolving questions and assisting with system use;
  • Identify and report issues to the internal team;
  • Collect customer feedback and document suggestions for improvement;
  • Create support materials, including knowledge base articles and tutorials on using the system;
  • Implement the system and deliver customer training (onboarding).

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish;
  • Intermediate knowledge of information technology and administrative processes;
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems;
  • Experience in customer service or Customer Success;
  • Clear and assertive communication skills;
  • Problem-solving ability;
  • Time management skills.
