About the role

  • Monitor implementation and improvement projects for administrative systems, understanding needs and producing specifications for vendors;
  • Participate in process mapping, understand workflows, and document requirements for project execution;
  • Seek solutions that meet the area’s needs by developing internally or specifying to partner vendors;
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose solutions that simplify and speed up activities for internal and external customers;
  • Provide support to end users of the related systems, resolving issues and engaging vendors for technical problems;
  • Perform unit and integration tests to validate the functionality of developed solutions;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand integration requirements and develop technical solutions that connect our corporate systems;
  • Contribute to ideation, develop, and implement efficient integrations using appropriate tools and technologies;
  • Create and maintain ETL processes to collect, transform, and load data from various sources to support business analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Knowledge of developing integrations between systems, including APIs, Web Services, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience in integration development, ETL, and data handling.
  • Willingness to learn and explore new languages, frameworks, and technologies to meet project demands;
  • Programming experience with languages such as Node.js, Ruby, Python, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or PostgreSQL.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure data quality and reliable analysis results.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide user support.
  • Organized profile with high self-management skills and adaptability to dynamic and complex environments;
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
