About the role
- Manage the team and information to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of Support;
- Monitor support channels (tickets, chat, or phone), proactively working with the team to remove obstacles that impede progress;
- Coordinate with different areas of the company to resolve customer requests;
- Assist customers in urgent or necessary situations;
- Monitor service delivery to ensure the team meets SLA targets;
- Keep the team trained and engaged with the area’s objectives, fostering professional development;
- Analyze metrics and propose action plans for improvement;
- Apply analytical insight to manage operational indicators and propose improvements across all support functions.
