About the role

  • Architect and maintain integrations between the CRM and automation tools, ensuring correct data flow from lead to billing.
  • Build automations and internal tools (Make, n8n, Zapier or similar) to solve real bottlenecks that off-the-shelf tools cannot address.
  • Own efficiency metrics: LTV, CAC, churn, conversion, and velocity — executive-level numbers rely on you.
  • Prioritize the operation's technical backlog, translating business problems into automation, data, or process solutions.
  • Eliminate repetitive manual work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Experience working in growth-stage B2B SaaS operations or environments with significant data and process complexity.
  • Strong experience as a CRM administrator (e.g., HubSpot), going beyond basic fields and pipelines.
  • Solid technical foundation: programming logic, APIs, webhooks, and JSON handling.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Ability to demonstrate tangible deliverables: automations, process changes, or systems that drove revenue growth or cost reduction.
  • Pragmatic: prefers a simple working solution today over a perfect one three months from now.
  • Communicates effectively with different audiences: can explain a technical problem to leadership and a business rule to technical team members.
  • Irritated by inefficiency: if something is done manually multiple times, you proactively try to automate it without being asked.
  • Experience with AI applied to sales and operations (data enrichment, LLMs via API, scoring, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Python to go beyond what no-code tools allow.
