About the role
- Create and evolve each brand's narrative territories (where we have the authority to speak);
- Define and refine the differentiation between the two brands (positioning, tone of voice, visual territories);
- Translate cultural trends and market movements into narratives relevant to our audiences;
- Align awareness narratives with business objectives and product launches;
- Create storytelling frameworks for the team;
- Act as strategic interface with acquisition marketing, sales, and product teams;
- Define and track awareness KPIs (share of voice, sentiment, earned reach, active amplifiers).
- Serve as the final guardian of the brands' verbal and visual identities;
- Ensure consistency of brand expression across all touchpoints (digital, sales, product, events);
- Drive the evolution of brand guidelines (verbal and visual) in partnership with designers;
- Educate the organization on correct brand application.
- Strategically produce high-impact content;
- Be the first to test emerging formats (create replicable templates);
- Respond quickly to crises and opportunities for newsjacking/trend-surfing;
- Translate performance insights into actionable best practices.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team with diverse profiles (analysts, specialists, designers);
- Conduct regular 1:1s, provide constructive feedback, and career planning;
- Recruit and onboard new members;
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and collaboration;
- Establish a governance rhythm (syncs, reviews, planning) that does not block execution;
- Conduct performance reviews and OKR cycles;
- Ensure every team member sees how their work connects to the bigger picture;
- Develop the team's critical eye to recognize what works (and why).
Requirements
- Extensive experience in brand marketing, social media, or communications (preferably with Tech, SaaS, or B2B brands);
- Experience in leadership or coordination of multidisciplinary teams;
- Demonstrable track record of building brand presence on social networks;
- Knowledge of narrative structures and persuasion psychology;
- Comfort with rapid testing, learning, and iteration;
- Ability to activate external voices (employees, customers, influencers) authentically;
- Strategic thinking: ability to connect awareness with business objectives;
- Comfortable with awareness metrics (share of voice, sentiment, earned reach, engagement rates).
- Experience with technical audiences;
- Background in PR and earned media;
- Experience collaborating with design teams;
- Experience managing multiple brands or sub-brands simultaneously (desirable).
