About the role
- Management, tracking and prioritization of requests;
- Liaison with internal teams, partners and clients;
- Monitoring of deadlines, scope, risks, and SLA metrics;
- Ensuring delivery quality and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Experience with or knowledge of ITSM tools (for incident management and escalation);
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools;
- Strong analytical skills to quickly identify and prioritize incidents;
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure;
- Good communication, organizational skills, and team spirit.
- Experience with monitoring automation and alerting;
- Experience with agile methodologies;
- Previous experience supporting critical environments or large-scale IT operations.
