About the role

  • Provide remote support to system users;
  • Receive, analyze, and track support tickets using the internal ticketing tool;
  • Handle support related to POS and ERP systems;
  • Conduct support via chat, WhatsApp, and phone calls;
  • Assist users with operational questions and system configurations;
  • Support requests related to peripherals;
  • Update and maintain the system, ensuring data quality.

Requirements

  • Experience with ERP and POS systems;
  • Certifications in technology/IT;
  • Knowledge of TEF (electronic payment integration) and fiscal invoices;
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, in progress or completed;
  • Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM;
  • Previous experience in remote customer support;
  • Basic technical support skills;
  • Strong affinity for computers and technology;
  • Basic understanding of ERP and POS systems;
  • Experience with systems for data entry and data management;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Sense of urgency;
  • Dynamic and proactive attitude;
  • Ability to work well in a team;
  • Ability to quickly learn technical details;
