About the role
- Monitor implementation and improvement projects for administrative systems, understanding needs and producing specifications for vendors;
- Participate in process mapping, understand workflows and document requirements for project execution;
- Seek solutions that meet the area’s needs by developing internally or specifying requirements for partner vendors;
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose solutions that simplify and speed up activities for internal and external clients;
- Provide support to end users of related systems, troubleshooting issues and involving the vendor when technical problems arise;
- Perform unit and integration tests to validate the functionality of developed solutions;
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand integration requirements and develop technical solutions that connect our corporate systems;
- Participate in ideation, develop and implement efficient integrations using appropriate tools and technologies;
- Create and monitor ETL processes to collect, transform and load data from various sources to support business analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis or a related field;
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis;
- Knowledge of developing integrations between systems, including APIs, Web Services and other relevant technologies;
- Experience in integration development, ETL and data handling;
- Willingness to learn and explore new languages, frameworks and technologies to meet project demands;
- Programming knowledge in languages such as Node.js, Ruby, Python or similar;
- Knowledge of SQL and/or PostgreSQL;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure data quality and accurate analysis results;
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support users;
- Organized profile with high self-management skills and adaptability to dynamic, complex contexts;
- Experience with agile methodologies;
