About the role

  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams (Product Manager, Product Designer, and Developers), developing solutions that delight and assist our customers;
  • Take part in the process of ensuring the quality and security of the squad's deliveries and processes;
  • Monitor metrics, interpret them to assess team health and the speed of objectives, and propose improvements where there are opportunities throughout the process;
  • Participate strategically in the construction and maintenance of the squad's objectives, providing support to team members;
  • Constantly teach and learn in a collaborative environment;
  • Lead the development team/squad, providing and receiving continuous feedback to contribute to the team's growth;
  • Manage the squad's people;
  • Assist and guide on software architecture and on planning and refining activities.

Requirements

  • Experience/knowledge of the language in our stack: Ruby;
  • Experience in projects using relational databases;
  • Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests;
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams;
  • Experience in planning and managing activities.
  • And if you also have any of the following, even better:
  • Experience with AWS services;
  • Participation in technology communities;
  • Contributions to open source projects.
