About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical troubleshooting, inspections, set up, take down, repairs and maintenance on all units across Southern California and within our local service center.
Operate company vehicles to travel to assigned job sites and safely transport trailers for service operations.
Manage high-volume workloads and prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain strict adherence to all operational detail, equipment safety requirements, and fleet safety protocols.
Execute travel and work on flexible schedules, including occasional nights, weekends, and under varying weather conditions as operational needs dictate.
Maintain accurate inventory records of parts to support efficient service operations.
Support and work on ad-hoc projects and team initiatives as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to work overtime as operational needs dictate.
Technical proficiency utilizing shop tools and basic mathematical competency to accurately read a measuring tape, log physical inventory counts, and track unit-specific maintenance paperwork.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting while maintaining a positive, professional appearance and clear communication.
Physical agility to bend, kneel, reach, crouch, manipulate units, and lift or transport up to 70 lbs. of physical equipment or parts.
