About the role
- Own and maintain critical sales operations processes, including territory management, sales hierarchy and headcount management, and other core system workflows.
- Manage ongoing enablement and documentation around GTM processes and sales system operations (Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo).
- Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to ensure consistent and accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Develop dashboards and analyses that surface insights on pipeline health, sales productivity, conversion rates, and coverage.
- Support annual and quarterly territory, quota, and segmentation planning using data-driven ICP and account potential modeling.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for GTM leadership and Sales Enablement.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy, ideally in a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel; demonstrated analytical and quantitative capability.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; experience with systems like Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to influence cross-functional stakeholders and simplify complex operational topics.
