About the role
- Drive Strategic Revenue Growth
- Partner with account teams to expand and close high-impact opportunities.
- Elevate deal strategy, coach teams, and help them execute on executive-level conversations.
- Ensure we maximize LVT's value with every strategic account.
- Act as a frontline executive presence for strategic customers.
- Bring consistency, confidence, and C-suite-level trust to key relationships.
- Coordinate the involvement of LVT executives to keep momentum strong and build long-term partnerships on mission critical deals.
- Help guide multi-threaded sales pursuits from first presentation to final procurement in the moments that matter most.
- Ensure internal teams stay synced and collaborative to increase our chances to win.
- Ensure strategic deals are aligned across sales, ops, product, and engineering.
- Capture what you see in the field and share insights regularly with leadership.
- Transform successful one-off plays into scalable programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years in strategic sales, enterprise deals, or revenue strategy.
- Deep experience in navigating long, complex deal cycles with executive stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence internal and external senior leaders.
- Track record of coaching and enabling cross-functional teams to drive growth.
