About the role

  • Develop and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Implement plugins, workflows, and customizations on the platform.
  • Model and manage entities and data structures in Dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain ADX portals (Dynamics Portals).
  • Implement integrations with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP).
  • Work with SQL Server for data management and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Ensure proper management of multi-instance environments (DEV, STG, PROD).
  • Apply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement Dynamics solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience with customizations, plugins, and workflows.
  • Experience modeling entities and data structures.
  • Experience integrating systems via APIs (REST and SOAP).
  • Experience managing multi-instance environments (DEV, STG, PROD).
  • Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership and responsibility.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Strong technical communication skills.
  • Fluent Portuguese.
  • Professional English (technical reading and documentation).
