About the role

  • Support the monitoring and management of enterprise systems and applications in a fully remote environment
  • Work with BMC Control-M and EasyVista
  • Utilize Unix/Linux/Solaris systems and scripting in Python and Shell
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in enterprise system operations or supervision
  • Hands-on experience with BMC Control-M and EasyVista
  • Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux/Solaris administration
  • Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting
  • At least one of the following certifications is required: ITIL Red Hat Scrum Master PMP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
  • Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
