About the role
- Gather and analyse clients’ business requirements, mapping current processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Design and configure customised solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
- Coordinate and execute solution implementations, including configuration, testing, and data migration.
- Produce functional and technical requirements documentation.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
- Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and incidents.
- Monitor platform performance and make adjustments as required.
- Train users on platform functionalities.
Requirements
- Solid experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, etc.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly) and development tools (Studio, Glide).
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (APIs, web services).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL).
- Fluent Portuguese; advanced English (mandatory).
- ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator required).
