About the role

  • Ensure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments
  • Handle Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and open support tickets as required
  • Perform initial diagnostics, apply standard procedures, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Implement dashboards to monitor environments and production plans
  • Collaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and implement technical changes
  • Contribute to updating operational documentation and monitoring instructions

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support or IT operations (L1/L2)
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools such as JIRA and GLPI CMDB
  • Knowledge of Linux (RHEL), Windows, monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon), and scripting tools (Bash, PowerShell)
  • Data integration and design of interactive dashboards using the ELK stack / Kibana / Grafana
  • Availability to participate in on-call or preventive support activities
  • Fluency in French (B2 level minimum)
