About the role
- Ensure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments
- Handle Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and open support tickets as required
- Perform initial diagnostics, apply standard procedures, and escalate issues when necessary
- Implement dashboards to monitor environments and production plans
- Collaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and implement technical changes
- Contribute to updating operational documentation and monitoring instructions
Requirements
- Experience in technical support or IT operations (L1/L2)
- Knowledge of ticketing tools such as JIRA and GLPI CMDB
- Knowledge of Linux (RHEL), Windows, monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon), and scripting tools (Bash, PowerShell)
- Data integration and design of interactive dashboards using the ELK stack / Kibana / Grafana
- Availability to participate in on-call or preventive support activities
- Fluency in French (B2 level minimum)
