About the role
- Coordinate and manage release and deployment processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ensure alignment between development, architecture, and support teams.
- Manage ALM processes, including solution management (managed/unmanaged), segmentation, and conflict control.
- Analyze dependencies, metadata, and version impacts.
- Manage multi-environment deployments (sandbox/staging/production).
- Identify process improvements and proactively address potential issues.
- Maintain quality, technical rigor, and consistency in all releases.
- Leverage Git (GitFlow, branching strategies, PRs, merges) and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Release Management or a related role.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ALM.
- Knowledge of solution management, segmentation, and conflict control.
- Experience managing deployments across multiple environments.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with technical and support teams.
- Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work under pressure.
- Commitment to quality, technical rigor, and consistent delivery.
