About the role

  • Coordinate and manage release and deployment processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Ensure alignment between development, architecture, and support teams.
  • Manage ALM processes, including solution management (managed/unmanaged), segmentation, and conflict control.
  • Analyze dependencies, metadata, and version impacts.
  • Manage multi-environment deployments (sandbox/staging/production).
  • Identify process improvements and proactively address potential issues.
  • Maintain quality, technical rigor, and consistency in all releases.
  • Leverage Git (GitFlow, branching strategies, PRs, merges) and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Release Management or a related role.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ALM.
  • Knowledge of solution management, segmentation, and conflict control.
  • Experience managing deployments across multiple environments.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with technical and support teams.
  • Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work under pressure.
  • Commitment to quality, technical rigor, and consistent delivery.
