About the role
- Status reporting and SLA monitoring.
- Client management, meetings, and first point of contact for issue triage.
- Coordination of technical teams.
- Management and coordination of tasks within the Competence Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations and/or technical project management.
- Experience with multiple technology solutions (e.g., CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middleware).
- English — B2 level.
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience with APM monitoring (Dynatrace / AppDynamics / Datadog / New Relic).
- Experience with monitoring/log search using ELK (Elasticsearch) and Grafana/Kibana.
- Experience troubleshooting Java applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Database knowledge.
- Spanish — B2 level.
