About the role
- Drive and execute high-impact projects to reduce costs by optimizing storage volumes (for example, categorizing EBS).
- Monitor and continuously optimize critical Cassandra and Elasticsearch clusters.
- Develop, test and deploy multicloud infrastructure solutions using Terraform.
- Improve existing infrastructure by automating key processes, such as creating new Kubernetes Virtual Node Groups.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and safely implement production changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Cloud, DevOps or SRE Engineer with a strong focus on cloud operations and infrastructure.
- Experience designing, implementing and managing solutions on AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Experience with large-scale production Cassandra and Elasticsearch clusters.
- Experience with Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources.
- Experience with Docker and managing/optimizing Kubernetes clusters.
- Fluency in English.
