- Support lower-tier clients through a one to many engagement model
- Educate clients on SEO and digital marketing best practices
- Drive product adoption and proactively identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client deliverables
- Monitor client activity, share insights, and recommend strategies to improve engagement and retention
Requirements
- 1+ years in Customer Success or another client-facing role
- 2+ years in software implementation, campaign execution, or creative operations
- Working knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and/or paid media
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive success
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a client-first mindset
