About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform
- Own core layers of the platform
- Make agents first-class developers
- Own the validation platform and quality gate frameworks
- Build internal tooling, observability, and metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Staff-level ownership in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE
- Active use of AI development tools
- Deep Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS experience
- Strong IaC (Terraform) and GitOps experience
- Identity, access, and policy-as-code experience
- Proven track record building self-service developer platforms
- CI/CD depth (GitHub Actions)
- Cost-awareness
- Excellent cross-team communication
