About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and publish a documented social strategy within the first 90 days, including channel priorities, content pillars, posting cadence, and voice guidelines
- Review the social strategy quarterly against performance data
- Own a quarterly social-sourced pipeline target jointly with sales and RevOps
- Build reporting connecting social activity to business results
- Grow Luxury Presence's share of voice through follower growth, reach, and impressions
- Lead social efforts for the CEO's thought leadership and Reddit presence
- Manage community health, including engagement rate, response time, and sentiment
- Establish a documented handoff process connecting social to another function's goals, such as newsletter content, video distribution, or webinar promotion
- Make real-time decisions about engagement, escalation, and brand protection in Reddit threads and comment sections
- Collaborate with content, demand generation, sales, leadership, and the CEO
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-6 years in social media or community management, with at least 2 years owning strategy rather than executing someone else's calendar
- Deep working knowledge of how LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok behave
- Ability to pull and interpret engagement, reach, and conversion data and adjust strategy accordingly
- Strong brand voice discipline across platforms, including Reddit
- Hands-on content creation or art direction skills
- Strategic ownership of the social media function
- Strong judgment under ambiguity and ability to manage public issues end to end
- High quality standards when producing content at volume
- Ability to coordinate across content, demand generation, sales, and leadership
- Ability to stay current with platform shifts and cultural moments
