About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and grow MAKE UP FOR EVER OMNI business and strengthen brand presence with effective strategies and implementation that fits brand DNA and values.
  • Manage the OMNI channel retail analysis dashboard and monitor sales performance data; provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Manage stock assurance and replenishment across all channels, product forecasting, and overall channel DOI guidelines.
  • Identify and share insights from retail data analysis across channels to improve retail productivity and defend brand position.
  • Lead the end-to-end process from warehouse GR to store allocation across channels, including timely SAP sales ordering and DN creation by door aligned with SOP.
  • Support tracking monthly business performance by channel and identify business gaps and opportunities aligned with the brand marketing calendar and strategies.
  • Support Retail Operational Audit Excellence by reviewing SOP implementation in stores through the CRM database and store audits with the Retail Operations team.
  • Collaborate with all functions to manage NPD and campaign rollouts and assist trade promotion implementation to drive brand growth and performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Retail/FMCG with background as merchandiser or key account.
  • Preferably have experience handling digital channel.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills both written & verbal.
  • Good time management to ensure all reports & projects are done timely.
  • Demonstrate positive work ethic and be able to work closely with all functions and with external parties, and to represent the brand suitably.
  • Strong analytical skill to do sales & data analysis.
  • High resilience, agility with creative and problem-solving mindset.
