About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee daily counter operations and manage system integrity (C2, SDC, Magic Ring/Magic Scan)
Support front-line execution to drive operational excellence and compliance with brand standards
Analyze performance data (sales, new users, utilization) regularly and provide summaries, action plans, and follow-ups based on results
Support system upgrades and UAT testing, ensuring data systems are accurate and up to date
Ensure counter readiness and coach team for consistency and discipline
Track and maintain operational assets and troubleshoot technical support issues
Enforce operational standards according to company and regulatory requirements
Manage logistics, materials, testers, and sampling as per campaigns or events
Oversee Free Goods management, including analysis, allocation, and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail operations, counter operations, sales operations, or a similar operational support role
Experience leading or supervising operational teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple markets is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
Strong system and data management capabilities, with experience supporting system implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintaining data accuracy
Excellent project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, fixed asset management, and operational processes
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and people development skills to drive operational excellence and consistency
Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong commitment to operational excellence
