About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Retail Manager is responsible for leading and driving the performance of MY Premium Lifestyle Brand's retail business across direct/stand-alone stores.
  • Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, productivity metrics, and business trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Responsible for sales tracking, retail performance analysis, sales forecasting, and achievement of business targets and KPIs.
  • Support the preparation of management reports, business reviews, and CEO performance indicators.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify expansion opportunities and optimal store locations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute retail expansion plans and growth strategies.
  • Drive sales performance across direct/stand-alone stores.
  • Develop and execute sales initiatives, promotions, and activation programs to achieve sales objectives.
  • Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store management.
  • Monitor store productivity, conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer traffic to maximize commercial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, company policies, and retail standards.
  • Lead store planning initiatives, including new store openings, renovations, relocations, and retail expansion projects.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently implemented and maintained across all retail locations.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Brand teams to execute product launches, campaigns, and promotional displays.
  • Monitor store layouts, product displays, and customer flow to optimize the shopping experience and sales performance.
  • Monitor stock levels across all stores and counters to ensure adequate product availability.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Commercial teams on inventory planning and replenishment.
  • Identify stock opportunities and challenges, working closely with Sales Supervisors and Store Managers to optimize inventory productivity.
  • Ensure stock accuracy, proper inventory controls, and compliance with stock management procedures.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture across all retail channels.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of premium customer service standards aligned with brand values.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Continuously improve customer experience initiatives to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams across all locations.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and monitor team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning for retail employees.
  • Foster a positive and engaged working environment while maintaining team stability and morale.
  • Ensure all employees complete mandatory training and development programs aligned with business and brand requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in brand, category, or business management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury, lifestyle brands, electronics, premium consumer brand, and retail industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong retail operations and commercial management experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in sales reporting, KPI tracking, and business planning.
