About the role
- Support regulatory activities for luxury beauty brands across skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare categories.
- Assist in the end-to-end product registration process, including preparing dossiers, submitting product registrations to BPOM, reviewing product labeling and claims, maintaining existing registration numbers, and supporting adverse event reporting.
- Perform hands-on administrative and operational regulatory tasks, including data entry, document checking, tracking submission status, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of regulatory documents.
- Maintain and regularly update internal regulatory databases, trackers, and documentation, ensuring all records are well-organized and up to date.
- Liaise with internal cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Assist in communication and coordination with BPOM for consultations, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Monitor and summarize updates on Indonesian cosmetic regulations and guidelines, and support the team in ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Support repetitive yet critical regulatory processes with high attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Assist in ad-hoc regulatory tasks and projects as required by the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is a must.
- Preferably already graduated or thesis completed (no ongoing classes).
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
- Fast learner, proactive, agile, and able to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good with numbers and data, comfortable working with trackers, Excel, and regulatory databases.
- Strong interest in luxury beauty brands and the cosmetics industry.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and able to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
