About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead territory strategy and execution to drive sustained referral growth and patient onboarding
- Build, deepen, and manage high-impact relationships with providers, treatment centers, advocacy organizations, and industry partners
- Serve as a trusted resource within the bleeding disorder community through education, engagement, and thought partnership
- Collaborate closely with patients, pharmacy teams, clinicians, and internal partners to ensure seamless and coordinated care delivery
- Proactively manage a robust pipeline, using data and insights to prioritize opportunities and improve outcomes
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members, sharing best practices and elevating team performance
- Represent LUX Infusion at key industry events, conferences, and community engagements
- Stay ahead of industry trends, therapies, payer dynamics, and patient support resources
- Identify and implement better, more scalable ways to serve patients, providers, and teammates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in healthcare sales, specialty pharmacy, or related field (bleeding disorders or rare disease experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success in territory management and business development
- Ability to travel within territory and attend events as needed
