About the role
- Support the Senior UX/UI Designer and product development team
- Design intuitive interfaces and improve user experiences across web applications
- Maintain and evolve the Figma design system ensuring consistency and usability
- Collaborate with developers to keep the design system synced between design and code
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to support feature development
- Participate in design critiques, team workshops, and user feedback sessions
- Contribute to driving innovative ideas forward within a small UX Design team
Requirements
- Degree as UI/Graphic Designer or similar experience as a UI Designer or Web/Frontend Developer
- Understanding of UI designs; knowledge of trends and best practices in software UIs
- Familiarity with UX principles
- Very good knowledge of design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Illustrator)
- Content coordination experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Creativity and flair for design
- Good knowledge of Luware portfolio and product functionality
- Plans, prioritizes and executes tasks autonomously and independently
- Proactively asks for feedback from relevant stakeholders and implements input
- Works efficiently with focus on details and user experience
- Autonomous work style; proactively contributes ideas and pushes own projects forward
