Key responsibilities & impact

Keeping Production Flowing: Ensuring our production teams have the right ingredients and packaging, right on time.
Procurement & Logistics Coordination: Managing orders, talking to suppliers, working with logistics to keep things moving, and keeping our warehouse and production teams in the loop.
Operational Support: Helping us maintain accurate data and solving day-to-day production problems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Has 2 or more years of experience in purchasing, logistics or administrative roles
Has experience with MRP systems
Has experience working in a manufacturing environment (ideal)
Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Practices active and compassionate listening
Is proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office or similar applications.
Has high attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
Has full working rights in Australia
