About the role
- Welcome customers and provide a fun, engaging shopping experience
- Use product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations and perform product demonstrations
- Hand out tailored samples
- Drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events
- Host parties for people of all ages
- Manage stock, ensure the shop floor looks its best, and adapt displays to seasonal trends
- Restock shelves and keep inventory in check
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Handle transactions and resolve customer questions and issues
- Participate in training and development
Requirements
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Teamwork and positive attitude
- Great communication skills
- Understanding and alignment with Lush's commitment to ethical sourcing, sustainability, and cruelty-free practices (nice to have)
- Willingness to participate in training and trial shifts
- Ability to perform product demonstrations on customers' faces, arms, legs and feet
