About the role
- Provide 5-star customer experience consistently, going above and beyond for customers to be a day maker
- Act as a Lush Ambassador, championing company ethics and values during consultations
- Ask insightful questions to uncover the right products and showcase them through engaging product demonstrations
- Support customer buying decisions, confirm interest and secure sales through intelligent link sales and bespoke routines
- Provide pampering sit-down consultations including decadent hand and arm massages
- Operate till systems and handle cash transactions (cash-handling trained)
- Stock products on the shop floor and ensure products are clean and inviting to customers
- Host 5* parties and events and give shop tours
- Collaborate with team members, receive and give feedback, and be adaptable and solutions-focused
- Work approximately 10 hours per week (potential for overtime); start from w/c 20th October 2025
Requirements
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage customers, actively listen and provide relevant product information
- Capable of collaborating with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive and supportive work environment
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, handle challenging situations, and work effectively under pressure
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Organisation skills for maintaining an organised store environment, managing inventory, and creating visually appealing product displays
- Cash-handling and till operation (you will be cash-handling trained)
- Ability to provide sit-down consultations, bespoke routines and perform hand and arm massages
- Ability to host parties and events and leave a positive lasting impression for guests
- Availability for interviews, trial shifts, and start dates as listed (October 2025)
- Ethical and sustainable mindset and sales/product knowledge (nice to have; training will be provided)
