- Shape Luscii’s impact in the UK by setting priorities and guiding our local team.
- Build trusted partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, and technology partners.
- Position Luscii as a partner & thought leader in digital health and care at home.
- Coach and inspire colleagues while driving the growth strategy that enables system-wide remote patient monitoring.
- Act as a trusted partner for NHS teams, ICBs, Trusts, PCNs, and medical professionals.
- Effectively allocate resources, set priorities, and determining the fit of roles within the Luscii UK team / circle.
- Prioritize efforts and resources to maximize Luscii’s impact in creating “Space for care” across the UK.
- Actively co-create and execute the UK growth strategy for remote patient monitoring.
Requirements
- Experience in (health)tech or SaaS roles.
- Passion for innovation and transformation in healthcare.
- Experience guiding and leading teams, ideally in healthtech or SaaS organisations.
- Ability to take ownership of projects, leading them from concept to successful adoption with measurable impact in a Holacracy-way of working.
- Strategic thinking, spotting opportunities for improvement and translating them into scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders across the UK healthcare landscape.
- Must be resident in the UK and have a native command of the English language.
