• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments via virtual visits
• Provide medical nutrition therapy for obesity and related chronic conditions
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans
• Deliver nutrition education and counseling using behavior-change frameworks
• Support patient engagement through clear communication
• Escalate clinical concerns as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, health coaches, and care coordinators
• Participate in care planning and case reviews as needed
• Document encounters, assessments, and care plans in the EHR
• Use telehealth and patient engagement tools effectively
• Maintain licensure standards, HIPAA compliance, and required training/professional development
