About the role

  • You will take responsibility for managing and overseeing our campaigns and work with our team to develop bespoke campaigns for brands
  • As the main point of contact for influencers in your area, you will ensure the right selection and long-term relationships with talents
  • You will serve as a lead team member for campaign management and take care of coaching junior and intermediate team members
  • You will continuously monitor the market to ensure innovative approaches in brand collaborations
  • You will be responsible for optimizing internal processes and improving efficiency within the team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing
  • Experience working with influencers and supporting brands/clients
  • Demonstrable success in building and maintaining brand partnerships
  • Strong product understanding across categories and the ability to integrate products into influencer campaigns for target audiences
  • Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, structured working style and strong organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace
