About the role

  • Support and development of Twitch creators
  • Act as a liaison between influencers, internal teams, and clients
  • Coordinate content and ensure it meets campaign requirements
  • Recruit new talent and maintain strong relationships with existing creators
  • Support livestreams, events, and community activities
  • Work closely with the team, creators, and partners on pitches, budget planning, campaign management, and reporting
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to increase reach and engagement

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in talent or influencer management, ideally with a focus on Twitch or livestreaming
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (verbal & written)
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Passion for gaming, streaming, and online communities
  • Enthusiasm for social media, trends, and the creator economy
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace and, ideally, platforms/tools for analyzing Twitch creators and content
