You take responsibility for managing and overseeing our campaigns and, together with our team, develop tailored campaigns for brands.
As the primary contact for influencers, you ensure the right selection and maintain long-term relationships with talent.
You serve as a lead team member for campaign management and coach junior and intermediate team members.
You conduct continuous market monitoring to drive innovative approaches in collaboration with brands.
You are responsible for optimizing internal processes and team efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in influencer marketing.
Experience working with influencers and managing brand/client relationships.
Demonstrable success in building and maintaining brand partnerships.
Strong understanding of a wide range of products and the ability to integrate them into influencer campaigns targeted to the appropriate audiences.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
Self-driven, structured working style and a high level of organizational ability.
Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
