About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with sales team members to advance enterprise sales cycles from technical qualification through close
- Own and maintain a master list/matrix of PACS and VNA integrations supported by Lunit's AI software
- Manage the ongoing technical relationship with PACS/VNA vendor partners
- Lead IT and clinical informatics reviews covering PACS/VNA integration, DICOM/HL7 compliance, cloud and on-premises deployment, data privacy, and cybersecurity requirements
- Build custom technical assets including integration architecture diagrams, security questionnaires, RFP responses, product comparison documents, and workflow impact analyses
- Own technical follow-up after meetings, send summaries, track open items, and drive prospects to technical sign-off
- Prepare for and represent Lunit at customer executive briefings and industry conferences, including running the technical aspects and attending onsite as required
- Channel field intelligence back to product and marketing teams
- Engage directly with customers and respond to technical information requests from Sales
- Join calls and answer questions quickly for large strategic opportunities
- Provide guidance on customer security concerns and processes
- Collaborate with Marketing to create reusable technical content
- Support customer onboarding by installing, monitoring, and updating on-premises systems
- Train onsite IT staff as required for selected projects
- Work with Product Managers on technical requests from Sales, document them, and develop use cases with Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical, clinical, or engineering field
- 5–8 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, or technical customer service within medical imaging, radiology IT, clinical AI, or the broader medical device industry
- Hands-on fluency with hospital IT environments, including PACS, VNA, HL7 FHIR, DICOM, and cloud/on-premises infrastructure
- Experience managing technical relationships with PACS/VNA or other imaging-ecosystem vendor partners
- Polished executive presence with CIOs and lead radiologists
- Proactive communication style and ownership of action items
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% for customer visits and conferences
- Willingness to periodically work scheduled evenings or weekends for trade show activities and customer sales calls
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
- Working knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization, and remote access tools including RDP, Citrix, and VPN
- Hands-on system administration is not required
- Familiarity with breast imaging workflows and/or radiology AI is a strong plus
- Must currently have the right to work in the United States
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required, except where a legally recognized medical or religious exemption may be accommodated
