About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Lunavi's goals
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance and surpass sales targets
- Instill a sense of urgency in driving revenue and achieving goals
- Oversee the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion
- Implement best practices to enhance customer relationships and maximize customer lifetime value
- Drive the adoption and sales of Microsoft solutions
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the company's strategic vision
- Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years in a senior sales leadership role within the IT consulting or technology sector
- Strong understanding of Microsoft solutions and experience selling Microsoft products and services
- Proven experience scaling sales success in consulting services and managed services
- Proven ability to drive significant revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in overseeing Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical delivery teams, and executive leadership
- Ability to run a highly competent organization that strives to exceed sales targets
- Experience with Azure platform, including cloud services, data and AI solutions, and software solutions that meet business needs following modern development principles
